Shipping policy

Theluxurybedding is dedicated to shipping your order as quickly as possible. Learn more about shipping times, methods, costs, and carriers below.

Shipping Method – United States

Orders are shipped from our warehouse via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery Service within one to three days of order receipt. Shipping is free for orders greater than $149.99.

Shipping Method – International

Orders are shipped from our warehouse via DHL. Shipping rates will be applied at checkout. 

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your items have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes a carrier tracking number. If you ordered multiple items, you may have separate tracking information for each item.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping is available to addresses within the continental US. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States.

Shipping Policy

Items ship as they become available.  Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves the shipping facility, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries.

Pre-Orders

Items that are pre-ordered will ship as soon as they become available.  Though the estimated ship date is subject to change, we will notify you via email if your order will ship later than expected.  Full payment is required at checkout for all orders, including pre-orders.

Last Chance

Last Chance items cannot be combined with any other promotions or sales. This collection is final sale.

Incorrect or damaged items
